Julio or Julio visits your property, takes measurements, reviews the surface conditions, and discusses color options with you. We bring Sherwin-Williams and Benjamin Moore fan decks. You receive a detailed written estimate within 24 hours — room by room, materials included, no hidden fees.
Our crew moves furniture, lays drop cloths, masks all trim, outlets, window frames, and baseboards. Holes, cracks, and nail pops are filled and sanded smooth. Surfaces are cleaned of dust and grease before any paint is applied. This prep work is what separates a professional finish from an amateur one.
Dark colors, patched areas, new drywall, and any stained surfaces get a full coat of PVA or shellac-based primer before topcoat. We never skip this step. Primer ensures even coverage, proper adhesion, and a topcoat that actually performs its rated durability.
